A veces me pregunto… ¿Para qué sirve el marketing?
En ese momento Peter Drucker me viene a la cabeza.
Su definición…
“The aim of marketing is to make selling superfluous. The aim of marketing is to know and understand the customer so well that the product or service fits him and sells itself.”
Algo así como…
“El objetivo del marketing es hacer que la venta se superflua. El objetivo del marketing es conocer y entender al cliente tan bien que el producto o servicio se le adapte y se venda solo”
